Han Solo, Chewbacca, C-3PO and R2-D2 decide to escape the crazy fans during Star Wars day this year and take an unauthorized vacation to wine country.

Between a rigorous filming schedule of the new movie, getting chased by paparazzi, and posing for new action figures, they decide that sneaking away is the only way to bring peace and balance back into their lives.

Han: “The hype of this new movie is making everyone crazy, Chewy. It’s about time we take a vacation.”

Chewy: “RAWRGWAWGGR.”

This group of Rebels led by Han Solo escape to the planet of Sonoma and land in the outskirts in a town called Healdsburg.

They check into the local hotel.

C-3PO: “All those crazy fans are making me short circuit, R2. This wine country vacation is exactly what we need. “

 R2-D2: “BEEP BEEP BOOP.”

The Adventure Begins…

First stop for Han and Chewy: Willi’s Seafood for a glass of wine and Champagne followed by some oysters.

C-3PO and R2-D2 set off to explore the town of Healdsburg. First stop: Akoia Day Spa.

C-3PO: Thank the maker! A spa! A spa! This aroma therapy will go nice with a wax and polish.

Little do they know that Darth Maul and a Stormtrooper have been sent to capture them and bring them back to face the crazed fans and paparazzi of Star Wars Day.

But they become easily distracted with all that wine country has to offer. They find themselves doing a little light reading at Copperfield’s Books then some window shopping around the town square.

Meanwhile the gang meets up for some ice cream at Noble Folk.

Han: Use a spoon, fuzzball!

Next a cruise through town and a wine tasting at Hawley.

Then they find themselves at the Dry Creek General Store.

Han and Chewy decide to take a vineyard tour.

Then reminisce about their day in the town square.

Han: “This is the life.”

Chewy: “RAWRGWAWGGR.”

The Stormtrooper and Darth Maul are hot on their trail.

Stormtrooper: “Rebel scum.”

They find themselves tracking the Rebels through the local art scene.

Stormtrooper: “There’s something familiar about this place. It almost feels like home…”

Darth Maul: “Maybe those Rebels had the right idea…”

Han Solo, Chewbacca, C-3PO and R2-D2 watch a perfect sunset over wine country at Passalacqua Winery. The perfect end to a perfect day.
